Taurus Cats Sign

By Anna Lynn Sibal

Taurus cats are true creatures of comfort. They love nothing more than the luxurious things that life can offer them, and they often demand nothing but the best, be it in cat food or in other dainties and treats. The Taurus cat does not hesitate to indulge whenever she finds something that pleases her, whatever that may be.

As a kitten and a young cat, the Taurus feline can be extremely beautiful, with particularly gorgeous eyes. Typical winners in cat shows are those born under the sign of Taurus. However, because they are too fond of food and other dainties, and because they often loathe picking up their feet, Taurus cats tend to grow round and fat as they advance in age. If you want to find a real, roly-poly ball of fur, find a Taurus cat that is enjoying her retirement years.

Because the Taurus cat loves comfort and pampering, it is not a surprise that her favorite spots in her entire world rotates between a warm corner in the house, a windowsill bathing in sunlight, and her owner’s lap. The Taurus cat loves laps especially, so if you own a Taurus cat, do not be surprised if you find her jumping on your lap the moment you sit down. The same goes for any guest that you may have to your home, since the Taurus cat is not very particular when it comes to laps.

The Taurus cat loves quiet and restful surroundings. She can spend hours just laying about and grooming herself. Fat or not, she can be very prissy with her hygiene. This Taurus feline princess is a lovely creature and she knows it only too well. Take extra care whenever you feed her expensive and exotic treats, though. She may love them too much and may refuse to eat anything else.

Although you may be very much aware of your Taurus cat’s love for pampering and attention, do not be surprised if she seems to be even more demanding for them this summer. This summer will see her showing an increased tendency to be overly friendly, even with strangers. She may even do it deliberately to get you jealous, probably so you would give her more treats or more caresses. It can become exasperating at times, but just be patient with her.

She will show a bit of restlessness when autumn approaches. Let her work out her anxiety however she wants to. If she vanishes to go off exploring, just let her do as she pleases and do not worry too much about her. She will turn up soon enough, and most likely she will demand some tender care from you upon her return.

When the cold of the winter sets in, she will probably have worked out whatever anxiety and tension she was feeling during the fall season, so expect her to go back to lazing about and dozing in her favorite corner. Stirring her will be of no use and she will not appreciate it if you disturb her.
