Aquarius Dogs Sign

There are a lot of instances when it feels like the Aquarius dog seems more human than it is canine. That is most apparent when one speaks to him. He looks upon the people talking to him as if he could understand every word, and sometimes, he even makes a short bark in response. The Aquarius dog is very emphatic in that he easily senses what his owner is feeling. If he is feeling down, the Aquarius dog will sit quietly at his feet, just to keep him company. If he is feeling happy, the Aquarius dog will not hesitate to jump around to echo his owner’s jubilance.
The Aquarius dog is not only emphatic; he is also very intelligent. It does not take a lot of effort to make an Aquarius dog learn a trick or obey a command. Usually, telling him once is enough.
The Aquarius dog is also quite gifted with kids. He can serve as both playmate and guardian. It is not really advisable to leave little children alone in the house without an adult, but at least with an Aquarius dog, these little children will be secure, occupied and entertained. The Aquarius dog has a strong streak of protectiveness and he will do anything to keep the little children in his charge out of harm’s way.
Friendliness is another strong trait of the Aquarius dog. Once he senses that the stranger in the house is someone who does not mean harm to himself or to the humans with whom the Aquarius dog shares the household, he will extend his welcome in the same way that his owner will welcome the guest. And once he feels comfortable enough in the guest’s presence, he will make sure that the guest is entertained with his pooch tricks.
Many say that the Aquarius dog is great star material. He can be a good actor, once he is shown what to do. His specialty is comedy, and he can make himself appear silly as easily as breathing.
Water is the Aquarius dog’s very own element. He loves swimming and he does not make a lot of fuss when it comes to bathing. His owner can be assured that the Aquarius dog will appreciate being taken to long trips, especially when these trips will take them to the beach.
One such long trip seems to be in store for the Aquarius dog this year. He will appear to be very happy with the idea of going away. If he were a human child, he would most likely pipe in “Are we there yet?” while on the way to wherever he and his owner will be going. Once there, however, he might become overwhelmed by his new surroundings and retreat into himself. It is highly possible to find the Aquarius dog sulking in his corner. He should be given time to adjust; he will be himself in no time.
Aside from this woe, the Aquarius dog should watch out with his diet. He will be more susceptible to having stomach problems, and so he should only be fed healthy dog food.
